It's a ten minute walk away from Perth city centre and Perth train station. Although a great central location, it also benefits from quick access to the dual carriageway.
The site offers ample free parking for tenants and visitors along with a buzzer entry system for security. Reception staff are on hand to greet visitors and handle phone calls and mail.
