This location is centrally located opposite the Stadtmitte subway station. With the Berlin architects Weiss-Heiten it was possible to create a combination of two buildings from different eras. This inspired the interior design, which plays with contrasts. The Kontorhaus provides private offices, break rooms and wellness facilities, as well as artwork by a local artist.
The lower floors of the Kontorhaus were once home to the legendary Kronen Café and billiards parlor, while the upper areas were used by Berlin merchants for office space and storage.
Whether you are meeting colleagues in the lounge, which is planted with numerous plants, meeting clients in the adjacent meeting rooms, or holding meetings using the high-quality video conferencing technology - the Kontorhaus is designed as a central place to meet and work together. With three separate entrances and proximity to the Stadtmitte train station, this work space is also convenient to reach.
Workthere helped our team at Upsolve find our dream office space in a matter of days in the heart of midtown Manhattan — it had the perfect view, size, and price. And once we committed to the space, Ted and Workthere made sure to negotiate on our behalf, getting rid of hidden fees. We look forward to working with Workthere in the future as our company grows.
