Preston Technology Centre provides bright and modern office space, as well as high tech units that can be used as studio space, workshop units or for light industrial purposes. The building is located on Marsh Lane in Preston, just five minutes from the town centre and also very nearby the M6 Motorway. Preston train station is just half a mile away and the area is also served by great bus routes.
