The coworking centre is located in a ten-storey office building at ul. Kazimierza Brokla 2 in Warsaw city centre. The architecture of the building, which was completed in 2016, was inspired by the surrounding historical development.
Business Link Astoria offers hot desks and private desks in the co-working zone, private offices, meeting rooms and event space. The designers of the offices took New York hotel lobbies as their aesthetic model for the interiors.
The hot desks in the coworking space are available 24/7. Tenants also have at their disposal a fully equipped workshop and conference rooms. They can use Wi-Fi with a speed of at least 1 Gb per second and a kitchen for water, tea and Italian coffee. There is a regular cleaning service, while the tenants are taken care of by the customer service team. Booking a work place in the hot desk area guarantees customers access to any of the locations in the Business Link coworking network.
The building is about 5 minutes’ walk from the Centrum metro station and more or less the same from Świętokrzyska metro station, while Warsaw’s central railway station is a 15-minute walk away. There are also many shops, cafés, hotels and restaurants in the area.
Workthere helped our team at Upsolve find our dream office space in a matter of days in the heart of midtown Manhattan — it had the perfect view, size, and price. And once we committed to the space, Ted and Workthere made sure to negotiate on our behalf, getting rid of hidden fees. We look forward to working with Workthere in the future as our company grows.
