Availability and rents
There is a mix of co-working spaces with flex spaces, fixed desks and private office spaces, making this place accessible to start-ups and professional SMEs alike. The private office spaces are located on the 10th, 13th & 14th floors, offer great views and can accommodate from 4 to 120 people. Their prices start from €2000 per month.
Facilities and services
Wi-Fi, coffee, tea and fruit are available free of charge all day, and you can use the meeting rooms for meetings and client meetings. As a flexworker, you can safely store your belongings in the lockers, so you can leave the building without any worries. For your daily dose of exercise, you can join the A'DAM Tower's daily sports programme including kickboxing and yoga classes run by Fresh Fitness and Booty Club. The Fresh Fitness gym is located at Sir Adam, allowing you to go straight to your meeting or drinks after your workout (and a shower).
When you rent a workspace or office space here, you also get direct access to the creative community housed on the 18th floor. Music performances, exhibitions and dinners are regularly held here and you will come into contact with members from the music and creative industries. In addition, free drinks are organised every Friday afternoon, where you can kick off the weekend with other members at this beautiful location.

Location and accessibility
From the A'DAM Tower, accessibility is very good. You can take the ferry directly to Central Station or take your bike and ride into the centre of Amsterdam. Coming by car? You can park it in the public car park under A'DAM Tower (€3 per hour).
