Tintagel House comprises of 93,000 square foot, with 83 offices, 10 studio offices and a large number of meeting rooms spread across 11 floors. Additionally this building provides co-working desks and plenty of breakout areas. The building is situated on the river front with a rooftop on the 13th floor with spectacular views across Central London. 

The offices are in Nine Elms, a modern, vibrant and culturally stimulating location in central London. It is one of the largest regeneration zones in London with a blooming residential and business district. The US and Dutch embassies have recently moved their offices to the area and Apple headquarters will be moving here in the coming years. Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens is a short walk away from the building, new green spaces and a refurbishment of New Covent Garden Market will bring life to the area.

This location has great transport links, Vauxhall station is a 5 minute walk away with access to the Victoria line and the planned Nine Elms station will be close by providing access to the Northern line extension.
