Berlin is now considered an international metropolis attracting talent and companies from around the world and competing with the likes of London as the “city of creatives“. This is affecting the office market where vacancy rates continue to drop and affordable offices are becoming harder to find. As a result start-ups, freelancers and more established companies are looking for flexible office space in business centres. Restaurants, bars and other amenities are in close proximity.
The Unicorn Berlin in the Brunnenviertel offers luxury co-working with several meeting rooms and a large event area. There are 30 spacious workstations with the two meeting rooms offering enough space for all building users simultaneously. The event area is available for free for all members and can be booked for events with up to 300 participants. A rooftop terrace with table foosball and sofas offers the opportunity to take a break from working.
The Techspace Kreuzberg is located in the southeast of the German capital and has been transformed from its original industrial usage to a modern office space with natural lighting. Office users have access to several meeting zones, while the balcony provides the opportunity to look out on the modernly designed patio with several seating opportunities to choose from.
As the name suggests, the Techspace Kreuzberg is specially designed for tech businesses, freelancers and start-ups.
The modern Design Offices Humboldthafen are in close proximity to the listed Humboldthafen in Berlin-Mitte, by the River Spree and walking minutes to the central train station.
