The coworking centre is located in the Plac Unii City Shopping retail and office complex at ul. Puławska 2 (building B) in Warsaw's Mokotów district. It has 800 parking spaces in the underground car park. The building holds a BREEAM certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level and has its own reception on the ground floor.

CitySpace Plac Unii consists of 55 offices, three meeting rooms and 192 workstations.

Tenants have 24/7 access to the fully equipped offices.
