Availability and rental prices
The available spaces can be provided with a fit out according to your own wishes and have large windows and fast WiFi. The larger spaces have their own kitchen, toilets and smaller closed spaces. If you do not have a meeting room yourself or if you have a shortage, you can always rent one of the many meeting rooms within the WTC. In addition, the WTC offers a wide range of additional services, such as reception services, parcel service, dry cleaning, cleaning, catering and even a car wash service. For breakfast, coffee, lunch or dinner you can go to Restaurant Staal or the Koffiesalon. As icing on the cake, the WTC also has a Business Club where you can get in touch with the worldwide network of WTC´s and expand your network quickly! 

In addition to the office spaces, you can also flexibly rent a small space for 2 to 6 people here, rent a flex desk for 8 hours per week or rent a flex desk for the entire week.

Location and accessibility
The accessibility by public transport is very good, with several metro and tram stations in the area and the Rotterdam Central train station within walking distance. The accessibility is also great by car. Because of its location on the Coolsingel you drive in a straight line to the A13 or A20 motorways. You can park your car in one of the two parking garages of the WTC.
