Cal set-up Workthere in 2017, having joined Savills in 2011 as a graduate from University. His focus is on helping grow the business across the markets it is operational, as well as new ones. In his spare time he can be found looking after his young family, exploring South East London and when possible watching a Liverpool game.

Dan is Co-Head of the UK team and all round flex office expert with over 17 years of experience in the sector. Dan’s current focus is on advising Landlords on the flex market and how to play effectively as it continues to grow!  Dan’s usually found either on a Peloton or watching Liverpool.

Faith joined Workthere in 2023 as Head of Occupier Advisory, UK, and is a Chartered Surveyor. Having spent the past 11 years helping companies to make their move into suitable office space. At the weekend Faith is often found walking in Epping Forest with her dog Bear or catching up with a friend

Harry is Co-Head of our Workthere team in the UK and specialises in the delivery and marketing of managed office space on behalf of landlords. Outside of work, Harry prioritises his twins, and dog, Jura, as well as staying active having previously played rugby in Australia and participated in numerous Ironmans.

Jodie is part of our landlord advisory team and brings with her years of flexible office experience, having held Head of Sales roles for a high-quality flexible space provider, before going onto to be a Senior Director for a well-known tenant brokage. If not spending time with her son Jack, she is often found enjoying a G&T and playing a game of pool.

Tom has 15 years of experience in flexible office space and, as Co-Head of the UK, has a focus on overseeing our occupier side of the business helping tenants find their perfect office. In his spare time Tom can be found playing Lacrosse or enjoying the quiet pubs of London.

Winkie joined Workthere in 2022 having previously worked in residential property and private equity. Winkie helps businesses to find the best tailored office space solution. In her spare time, Winkie enjoys cooking and eating with friends and family.

Peter is a Co-Head of Workthere UK and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience consulting, securing, delivering and manging both occupier and asset owners space within the flexible office market. Peter is a keen runner and is looking forward to the arrival of his daughter later in 2025.

Holly has a decade of experience in property and is dedicated to helping landlords to secure tenants for their managed buildings. Outside of the office, Holly enjoys going to watch theatre shows or playing darts at the local pub. 

Joining Savills in a new occupier strategy role in 2023, Helena supports global clients to review the flexibility of their office portfolios, navigate solutions available in the market and help to implement governance, consistency and company standards. Outside of work, Helena loves to travel with her family.

Max is part of our occupier team, dedicated to helping businesses across a range of industries to find the perfect workspace. Outside of work, Max is an avid runner and cyclist, often balancing his active lifestyle with a well-earned drink.

As part of our landlord advisory team, Mailat primarily focuses on helping landlords find tenants for their office units and the listings related. Mailat loves chatting about her love for good food, psychological thrillers, and her next tropical getaway!

Dontae joined the Workthere team in September 2022 to help businesses across the UK to find flexible office space. Dontae will also be studying for a degree in commercial real estate.

Kate has over 15 years of industry experience, having previously held sales leadership roles for major flex operators. At Workthere Kate specialises in sales and marketing strategy to bring new buildings to market. Kate spends her weekends freezing on the sidelines of a rugby pitch, watching her son, or planning her next holiday adventure.

Red is our Senior Operations Manager, dedicated to ensuring tenants have the best experience in their office spaces by seamlessly taking care of any requirements. At weekends Red can often be found at Barnet FC or relaxing at his local pub.

Mia joined Workthere in 2024 as a Landlord Advisory Associate, assisting landlords in letting their properties on a fully managed basis. In her spare time, Mia can often be found going to Pilates or listening to Luther Vandross.

Joey joined Workthere in 2024 as part of the managed leasing team, focusing on transforming regular office space into serviced offices and supporting tenants within their office space. Joey spends his time outside of work watching QPR in the football or playing darts at the pub.

Steve joined in December 2024 and has spent the last 7 years focusing on Business Development and helping clients globally find their perfect office locations. Travelling to 82 countries so far he’s always on the lookout for cheap flights for his next holiday.

Ellie joined Workthere in 2018 as part of the marketing team and primarily focuses on UK marketing activities and all things content related. Ellie can often be found chatting about food, her next getaway, and the latest true crime series.

Tabs became a part of Workthere in 2021, specialising in managing our occupier listings and website content, Tabs ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Tabs loves exploring new destinations, indulging in exciting cuisines, or simply unwinding and watching a good Netflix series.

Griffin is Head of Workthere Americas and is responsible for transaction management in New York City and the Northeast region of the US. Griffin has worked with a broad range of clients in sectors ranging from tech and finance to non-profit and healthcare. Prior to joining Savills, Griffin worked at a boutique tenant representation brokerage in New York City where he developed a strong understanding of the Manhattan real estate market, lease negotiations, and tenant management, which enabled Griffin to secure favorable lease terms to meet client requirements.

Eileen is located in based in Los Angeles and helps clients evaluate and implement flexible office strategies throughout the United States and Canada, with a special focus on the West Coast region. Eileen initially joined Savills in the Junior Broker Development Program where she rotated through several service lines and gained a foundation of knowledge about various sectors of commercial real estate before focusing primarily on flex.

Cooper is an associate of Workthere Americas based in New York City. Cooper works with clients in evaluating & executing their flexible office strategies throughout the United States, Europe & South America specializing in the New York City area. Combining market expertise with a strong service mindset, Cooper helps clients navigate the evolving office landscape with tailored workspace solutions. Cooper graduated from the University of Richmond in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Lex joined Workthere in November 2021 and is the Head of Workthere Netherlands. Lex focuses on assisting both national and international clients who are seeking flexible office solutions. Prior to joining Workthere, Lex worked for two years at a large real estate investor based in Amsterdam.

Ed is head of Workthere in Europe. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate and has specialized expertise in flexible office space. At Workthere he is the first point of contact and the connecting factor between users and providers of office space.

Sanne is part of the Marketing & Business Development team of Savills Netherlands. She focuses on the creation of marketing content, PR, social media, and business development for Workthere.

Charlotte is responsible for the Marketing & Business Development of Savills Netherlands and has been involved with Workthere since its launch. Charlotte is the first point of contact for media and is responsible for the creation and coordination of all marketing content, social media, events and business development for Workthere.

Fabrice le Roux a rejoint Savills en janvier 2021 en tant que directeur de Workthere pour la France. Avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience sur le marché du coworking Fabrice connait parfaitement ce modèle innovant et disruptif de l’immobilier de bureau ainsi que tous ses acteurs. Fabrice était précédemment chez WOJO en tant que directeur commercial et avant cela chez Regus (IWG) ou il a passé 15 à la direction des grands comptes pour la zone EMEA. Fabrice est diplômé de l’ESG Paris.

Daniel joined as Head of Workthere Germany in February 2023. Based in Hamburg, Daniel will be focusing on managing and expanding our advisory services across Germany. Prior to joining Workthere, Daniel held several roles at WeWork. Most recently he was the Leasing Director responsible for their assets in Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich.

Ed is head of Workthere in Europe. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate and has specialized expertise in flexible office space. At Workthere he is the first point of contact and the connecting factor between users and providers of office space.

Kim joined the Workthere team in March 2022 to help find flexible workspace solutions for businesses across the island of Ireland. Kim has experience across a variety of industries and has MSc from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Gonzalo joined Savills in 2012 and is a Director in the Office Agency team. Gonzalo has been involved with Workthere for the last couple of years, and leads the team in Spain, with a key focus on further growing the business.

Paloma joined Savills in 2022 having held Business Development positions at leading flex operators. At Savills prior to joining the Workthere team Paloma successfully managed all areas of the coworking spaces owned by an American investment firm and a REITs. Paloma brings with her a wealth of international experience, a broad working capacity, and her ability to anticipate clients future needs.

Blanca joined the Workthere team in 2021, advising our clients in their search for new flexible offices. From the beginning, Blanca has been able to add value to our advice throughout the entire value chain, even accompanying clients beyond their flexible spaces and consolidating them in more conventional offices. Her 360º vision allows her to attend to any of your needs in the main Spanish markets (Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga and Seville).

Thomas Jodar has over 10 years of experience in the technology sector (SaaS) and commercial real estate. Prior to joining Workthere, he was Head of Business Development at ShareSpace. Previously he worked for WeWork as Sales Director CEE and for Colliers in the firm’s tenant representation team; he was also instrumental in the development of many start-ups. During his professional career, Thomas has been responsible for building business strategies and transactions totalling over EUR 15 million. He has contributed to the largest flex office lease deals in Central and Eastern Europe for a world leader in soft drinks and a leading global consulting company.

Marlena joined Workthere in June 2024 to help companies find flexible office solutions across Poland. With 4 years of experience in the Warsaw office market, she has developed expertise in advising on both traditional and flexible workspaces. Prior to joining Workthere, Marlena worked with corporate clients, helping them to find office space tailored to their needs.

Piers joined Workthere in March 2020 and has been responsible for overseeing the UK Occupier team. Piers is now our Head of APAC for Workthere ensuring that our global occupiers’ real estate needs are fulfilled and to help them navigate the ever changing flexible office market. Piers has transacted on 188 deals across the globe including locations such as London, Kazakhstan, Columbia, Brazil, China, Japan, Singapore, India, and Morocco.

Piers joined Workthere in March 2020 and has been responsible for overseeing the UK Occupier team. Piers is now our Head of APAC for Workthere ensuring that our global occupiers’ real estate needs are fulfilled and to help them navigate the ever changing flexible office market. Naveen serves as the Managing Director, Commercial Advisory & Transactions, Savills India and is responsible for expansion and growth of the company’s Office Leasing business in India. He has over two decades of commercial Real Estate experience.

Piers joined Workthere in March 2020 and has been responsible for overseeing the UK Occupier team. Piers is now our Head of APAC for Workthere ensuring that our global occupiers’ real estate needs are fulfilled and to help them navigate the ever changing flexible office market. Piers has transacted on 188 deals across the globe including locations such as London, Kazakhstan, Columbia, Brazil, China, Japan, Singapore, India, and Morocco.

An has 18 years of property leasing experience across all commercial assets, including office, retail, and industrial projects in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Joined Savills Vietnam as Associate Director and Head of Commercial Leasing in early 2018, she is responsible for spearheading the leasing department with more than 12 staff.​

Ha Ngoc Ly joined Savills in 2019 as a Commercial Leasing Specialist, specializing in tenant representation. At Savills, Ly has successfully negotiated complex lease agreements for a diverse range of clients. Her strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and client-centric approach have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate industry.​ ​
