Wells Street Studio

Wells Street Studio is a boutique co-working space based just off of Oxford Street, near Oxford Circus. Situated in the heart of Fitzrovia, Wells Street Studio is eponymous to its past. First built as a school adjoining a church in 1889, and used as a haberdashery and then a photography studio, the space was leased and completely modernised by GT:Spaces in 2018.

The space has been repurposed into a functional and modern office, and importantly retains its original character. The magnificent arched hall, braced by eye-catching trusses and bundles of light from large rectangular windows were just some of the features embodied in this Victorian masterpiece. The height of the room provides the space with a wonderful airiness, and a sense of calm. Situated on the third floor, the space consists of over 36x desks, a large boardroom, a small meeting room, two soft seating areas, a kitchen and an outside balcony. The design of the space has focused on providing physical and mental wellbeing, ergonomic, and environmentally sustainable solutions for the workplace. All energy consumption is through a green energy supplier.
