Rental price
You can rent in this space on a monthly basis, which means you take no risk. The membership contract is flexible with a term of one month and can also be cancelled 30 days in advance. A desk in the coworking area can be rented from 350 €/month. A private office for 2 people is available from 1000 €/month. You can also rent larger office space and be flexible to expand or shrink. All memberships include 24/7 access, coffee and tea specialties, water flat, use of meeting rooms, fast internet connection and cleaning.
Equipment
The three kitchens are open and offer almost everything an employee's heart desires. The coffee comes from a fully automatic coffee machine. Besides the classic black coffee, the machine also prepares espresso, cappuccino or a latte macchiato at the touch of a button. For tea lovers there is a small box with different kinds of tea available. The water included in the membership bubbles out of the water dispensers and is sometimes refined with lemon, cucumber or orange, if desired. Each kitchen also has a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The soundproof telephone booths and the roof terrace on the sixth floor can also be used free of charge.

Location & Accessibility
Mindspace's stylish coworking office is located in the heart of Berlin in Friedrichstraße, but the entrance to the lobby is via Mohrenstraße 50, which is one of the liveliest streets in Berlin-Mitte. The area is full of eager business people and curious tourists. This charming contrast belongs to today's Berlin. Only a stone's throw away is the Gendarmenmarkt with its magnificent buildings from the second half of the 19th century. Architecturally uniform, it is not called "Berlin's most beautiful place" for nothing. Alexanderplatz lies about two kilometres to the east and can be reached on foot in half an hour. Potsdamer Platz is about 15 minutes' walk away.
