Our half-year 2021 flexible office market snapshot offers an insight into the UK's current market, covering pricing and demand levels. Our research found that the average cost per private office desk in the UK was £431 in H1 2021, this is up 10.5% on the first half of 2020, but still down on the H1 2019 figure of £464 per desk.

We have also seen UK enquiries for flexible office space increase 48% on pre-Covid levels, this is an indicator of the renewed demand in the sector, but also a factor of a high portion of pent-up demand that was waiting to move back to serviced office space having not renewed a contract during the pandemic.
