Flexible office specialist Workthere, on behalf of LBS Properties, has agreed new lease at Script, 44 Featherstone Street in London to Coalition Greenwich, a leading global provider of strategic insights and analytics. 

Coalition Greenwich has taken 7,321 sq ft of fully fitted office space on the second floor of the building, for a term of five years.  

The floor reflects the offering at Script, which is a fully fitted and managed solution that provides best in class space to accommodate Coalition Greenwich’s bespoke occupational requirements.  

Located in Old Street, the building benefits from close proximity to Old Street Station with the surrounding area comprising a mix of social and retail amenities including Gloria, Whitecross Market and Shoreditch Grind.  

This latest deal follows recent Workthere managed lettings of 7,123 sq ft to Climate 40 on the first floor and 7,078 sq ft to Signal AI on the fourth floor.
