Workthere boosts landlord flex consulting offer with new hire

Savills flexible office specialist, Workthere, has expanded its consulting team with the appointment of Alex Knott who joins as an associate director and will be based in the firm’s Margaret Street head office in London.

Alex joins Workthere from Farebrother where he has worked for the last four years as an associate partner in the leasing and development team, providing acquisition and disposal advice to landlords and tenants across the Central London office market. At Workthere, Alex will helping to grow the consultancy offer, which will involve working as part of Savills Flex group to help landlords in a number of areas including marketing flex space, operator selection and operator advice such as acquisitions.
