It will have an entire floor dedicated to hospitality in the form of meeting rooms, phone booths, and event space, perfect for internal gatherings and client entertainment. Recharge in the dedicated wellness and breakout space or the vegetarian café and member’s bar.
Private offices will be available to rent for teams of 2-30 people, with pricing starting at £900 + VAT per person per month. Self-contained offices can be rented for larger teams looking for customisable space and hot desks can be rented from £500 + VAT per person per month.
Liverpool Street station is less than a 5-minute walk with excellent links via the tube’s Circle, Central, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan lines. London City Airport is just 30 minutes away, and Stansted Airport is directly accessible via the Stansted Express. The brand-new, design-led workspace at Spacemade's Marylebone Village location, is set to open in February 2024. Located in the heart of one of the oldest and most desired areas of London, the workspace is housed within three beautifully restored historic buildings. The interior design of the space draws inspiration from the Georgian heritage of the buildings and members can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, elegant breakout areas, showers, and a pet-friendly policy.
Spacemade provides private offices at monthly prices starting at £800 per desk, and hot desks from £129 per person. These spaces are perfect for small to medium-sized teams.
Surrounded by period buildings, this location offers the perfect lifestyle experiences of dining, shopping, and entertainment all within minutes of Oxford Street's social bustle. The famous Regent’s Park is a short walk away, perfect for a lunchtime stroll.
Opening in the summer of 2024, Fora’s new space is 60 London Wall, a 10-storey office-led development in the City of London. It will offer members access to kitchens, an on-site gym, a café with hot and cold beverages and food, and a communal auditorium run by Fora. There are multiple breakout areas designed for you to pause and relax during the day.

For each member, hot desks at Maker's Corner start from £89 a month. Monthly rental costs for dedicated desks are £349, while private office desks are £525 per desk per month. Day passes for private offices, meeting rooms, and coworking spaces are also available.

Fora’s new workspace The Jellicoe in King's Cross is set to launch in autumn 2024. It is housed within a brand-new 12-storey building with thoughtfully designed interiors. This amenity-rich workspace offers a reception area on each floor, a gym, a parents' room, a meditation room, lounge areas, and indoor garden lounges. It also features a rooftop terrace with views overlooking Kings Cross and the City and a large event space.
