Neon is part of the modern Alchemia office and service complex in Gdańsk Oliwa at Grunwaldzka 413 avenue (Alchemia IV: Neon). The rooms are well lit with natural light. On the ground floor of the building there are numerous shops, restaurants, a kindergarten, a bank and a beauty salon. The complex has obtained an ecological certificate in the LEED system.

The coworking center has 60 offices ranging in size from 2 to 50 workstations and 5 conference rooms. The wide rental offer is addressed to freelancers as well as project teams, small companies, including law firms.
